Languages
Select the type of content (numeric or alphanumeric) and the languages that the OCR
engine should recognize.
Types
Select the types of text that may be found in the document. If you select Handprint,
the Writing style list is enabled so you can select a style from the list. This language
style selection applies only to handwritten characters. All the other character types
make use of the language selection in the Languages list
Recognizer Options
Select the appropriate options to specify one word per line, one line per block, or to
prohibit superscript, prohibit subscript, prohibit italic, prohibit hyphenation,
remove noise or use Fast mode.
