You can define different training folders to group documents within the training set,

for example French invoices, German invoices, or invoices with no tax rates.

You can either add new documents to the training set or add those that have been

returned by the Ascent Xtrata Pro Validation module. Unlike new documents,

returned documents already contain OCR results and other information that is stored

in the XDoc file.

You use the Testing Folder to add new documents and the New Samples files to add

returned documents to the training set.

X To set up an extraction training set

1 Start the Ascent Xtrata Pro Project Builder and open an invoice project.

2 From the Navigation pane, select Templates and the template from the list for

which you want to train documents.

3 Select Test Folder from the File Lists toolbar and choose one or more

documents from the list of files, or open a test folder from which you want to

retrieve the documents. Remember that you need to load XDocs.

4 Right-click the selected XDocs and select Add to Training Set of Selected Class

from the context menu or the toolbar.

5 Select Use for Extraction. The Edit Document dialog box displays.
